QUALIFICATIONS

ENTRY-LEVEL POSITIONS:  Advanced Degree (Masters or Ph D) with 5 years relevant experience .

有5年相關(guān)深入研究或?qū)嵺`經(jīng)驗(yàn)的應(yīng)屆博士或者碩士畢業(yè)生也可報(bào)名。

MID-CAREER PROFESSIONALS: Advanced Degree (Masters or PhD) plus 8 years of relevant professional experience .

A demonstrated capacity for strategic thinking .

Ability to conduct relevant development policies and priorities .

Fluent in English .

Strong writing & communications skills .
